Brown Skin Music
A proud HBCU alum and native of Queens, NY, Brown Skin Music’s love of radio and erforming has been evident since she was a toddler.
She grew up as the typical church girl with gospel choir, interpretive dance, plays, and Stepping throughout her formative years.
Brown Skin Music’s undergrad experience allowed her to add classical choir, pageantry, short films/parodies (actor/writer/producer/director), spoken word artist and radio personality at 90.1 WNAA in Greensboro, NC to her resume. Brown Skin Music’s passion to continually develop her craft led her to acting classes at the T. Schreiber Studio and training in countless workshops/intensives. She is also a proud American Academy of Dramatic Arts (AADA) alum. Brown Skin Music has been featured on ABC Prime as well as tons of credited and uncredited projects in front of and behind the scenes including an Intimacy Coordinator.
When Brown Skin Music is not on your radio or screen, she is an administrative consultant, life coach and relationship facilitator. In her spare time she also enjoys writing scripts, cooking, horseback riding, master dance classes and road trips, in the company of therapeutic conversation and a good r&b soundtrack playing in the background.
